WOPALX Gets some competition

Thought I heard a noisy car parking earlier, so I went outside to have a look.

The R8 would have cost 2.5 times more the WOPALX?

As if you consider the R8 competition for your car. You would annihilate that thing in a race no? With your mods..?

Speaking of R8s, this was parked two spots down from me the other day (although wasn't driving the E92 that day...)

Its a V10 Spyder, absolutely beautiful. If I had the coin I don't think I could go past an R8... Aston Martin Vantage would come a close second.

The R8 is a pretty fast car for a hairdresser

The v10 is a 4 second car to 100, not sure if this was the 10 or 8 so the 335 would not be disgraced.

Something about Audi's just does not gel with me. But the view of the engine though the back window sure looks the goods.

The one next to you was a V8. You would have easily taken that.

If the R8 cost $170,000. Would'nt 335i owners consider it? its a little bit more than a speced up 335i brand new is it not?

Jesus Christ if the R8 was for the price of an M3 I would sell some organs to get one. Unfortunately, the V8 is north of 280k so the proceeds from my organs would not stretch that far

Also, I've just read that Audi DI engines (both the V8 and V10 found in the R8) suffer MASSIVE carbon buildup issues, so bad that they lose about 60whp in about 40,000kms. Same sorta thing applies to our N54/55 engines to a lesser extent. Again,
