I'm about to take out my life savings and have this shop fabricate custom piping so i can run a bigger FMIC...then if everything is good, mass produce it and sell it to everyone....

Surprised no one has come out with this yet, that with all the cooling problems in the 335, and it's not even summer yet...this mod surely will give them some bank..

Make sure to test the intake air temps before and after the install so we can see if it actually helped in terms of performance.

Anyways, it really is a good idea if someone ever gets off their asses and puts products out at a faster pace.

I don't think the intercooler is the issue is it? My guess would be radiator. I don't claim to know what I'm talking about, but high oil temp isn't going to be helped by cooling the incoming air more is it?

Your radiator do most of the cooling...but they correlate, an intercooler helps cool the intake charge temperature, and in return, helps the engine draws cooler air, cooler/denser air means more horsepower... Evos had WRX's gain 10-20 hp just by upgrading their intercooler...with stock boost

A better intercooler would be great... a super high power oil cooler would be better though . Raider - i have noticed the 335 gets heat soaked very easily what would help best with that? A few hard runs on it and it starts loosing power.

It would help a tiny bit...if the exhaust gas is adequately cooled down by the larger FMIC...it would help lower the engine temp by a tiny bit...not by like 10-20 degrees...but it'll help somewhat...

It will be once you run higher boost and in the summer...you'll see how much heat them little turbos can create....

Well most aftermarket bar&plate type of intercoolers will have less pressure drop. That in itself will introduce more boost pressure and at this point, I'm not sure if any of us want even more boost (>12psi) over the proceed using the stock turbos.
