Can't beat cars like the Mondeo imo Del for what they do.

My little sis got one when she sold her Celica, bought it off big sis. who had a servicing garage at the time for £300, it was 'L' reg 1.6 lol. She ran it for two and half years whilst she sorted out setting up her business and it never let her down and passed two further MOT's and got her into the countryside of East Yorks in the depth of winter . Unreal lol.

I'm on my second Helen and as a load lugger it really is idea in estate format, very comfortable, very quiet, bits are cheap. The trouble is it's still an expensive luxury and I've kind of dug a hole, as I can't imagine being without a second car now.

It's strees free driving and means me and Mrs Creepy can go out for a beer or meal and just leave it anywhere and not have to worry about someone twatting it.

My first one and Mk2 was a better built car and cost me less though.

There is much to be said about stress free driving, I know exactly what you mean, hence we sometimes go out in his Landy for the same reasons.

Oh right, looks like even the mass, mass produced marques may have reduced their build quality also perhaps..............no bloody escape is there!
