HELP PLEASE!!!!!! Electrics Dead
Can anyone help please!!!
I was doing someone a favour and giving them a jump start. I managed to short out my positive to the bodywork whilst attaching the lead. Now my car is completely dead. The old battery was a dead short so I have replaced with a new one which is fine. Measuring across it when connected up and it's normal voltage etc. I am guessing something else has tripped and needs resetting or something. Is it a main fuse for the E92 or some kind of circuit breAker or something????? Any help gratefully received!!!!!!! |

There are multiple fuse locations. The easiest being the glove box. Start there and if there is no success there is also a 50A fuse located at the ECU location under the hood.
Good luck!
