No satellite radio/automatic climate when cold

For the past month or so, whenever the weather gets cold (close to freezing) my satellite radio will stay stuck on "acquiring" and the automatic climate controls won't work. I can turn on the heat manually, but when set to auto, the heat doesn't kick in. The iPod and over the air radio work fine.

After the car warms up, both the radio and the ACC start working.

Anyone ever have a similar problem?

I have a 2010 328i.

I dont have sat but my radio has stuck on acquiring a few times. Didnt check climate
