335is rear diffuser

Hi,

I've just purchased a new LCI 335i Coupe which I should receive first week of January. I've been looking around and noticed that the rear diffuser on the 335is looks fantastic, does anyone know if it's possible to get this part (genuine) in Australia? If so what the part number is etc?

Pic of it below:

Congrats on the new 335i..

As with a lot of items it might be cheaper to order from the US, although I never ordered myself. You should get advice from someone who has ordered. I sometimes look for part numbers here:

Personally I prefer the simpler M-Sport diffuser. Those black parts aren't real vents, they are just painted, so I am not sure if it looks as good in real life.

Go with Msport in carbon fibre!

Either vinyl your diffuser or you can buy one from 'cyba' who is a vendor on these forums.

Part will certainly be available. Just go to your BMW Dealer and ask for all the info you need. It's free information after all. Then once you know what you need.. buy from somewhere else (overseas) for like 1/3 the price. I assume you have M-Sport kit otherwise you need a new rear bumper. It is also possible the the stock Msport bumper will need some trimming and some persuasion for the diffuser to fit. I was thinking of the E90 version for my car, but decided against it as it seems a bit showy and even on genuine 335is-s the fit and finish isn't that great. Each to their own though. IIRC xsboost has a diffuser like that installed. Genuine or rep.. I don't know, but its worth asking him if you have questions I suppose. Hopefully he will chime in with more info.

Thanks for the fast replies! I'll have a look at some more photos and decide on whether it's worth getting it or not.

Thanks again!

Yes, I have it (so do a few others) and got the diffuser assembly from www.bmminiparts.com

I actually painted mine satin black rather than the same colour as the car
