Got the Ipod USB factor option..now how do I use it?

When I took delivery yesterday my CA said they are expecting the cables to come this weekend, monday at the latest - keeping my fingers crossed

Yeah, good luck. I've called BMWNA twice and they are useless. They continue to claim they have no information and no idea when they will be available.

The stupid girl I talked to today said they are not supposed to come with the car. I asked her "really, that's not what your own bulletin says - and what did I pay $400 for - the right to BUY a cable... I don't think so."

Incompetence at every level of BMW.

I just got back from my dealer, they got 1 in today. When I got there, they tried to tell me it was going to be another $57. I almost passed out I was laughing so hard. I had to show them where it was backordered.

Amazing. Not that I would expect my dealer to be so stupid as that... but there would not be a single potential customer left in the building when I was finished screaming.

Have I mentioned that BMWNA sucks?

My CA called today and they have my cable! Didn't have time to stop by so I will go get it on Monday
