Part out: bbk, dpe wheels, suspension, etc..

The steering wheel doesn't come with paddles, it comes with the cut outs for paddles; you re-use the OEM paddles. If you didn't get paddles originally it wouldn't work to just retrofit paddles on there anyway.

lip is still for sale but it does need to be resprayed. it will only fit pre-lci e92s unfortunately.

Oh for the steering wheel PMs, it is just the wheel. You re-use your airbag, trim/buttons and paddles. The wheel looks like this before you install it (but with paddle cut outs):
