i just got the Remus Race for my e90 and the sound is addicting! here's a standstill video I made just yesterday...drive by video coming soon (sound quality on my camera kinda sucks)

BTW - it's axle-back only...stock downpipes with cats and all

only downside is it makes my rear center console buzz

overall, bastuck is the most refined sounding aftermarket exhaust for the n54 IMO

vanguard ftw! my car sounds ridiculous now (i switched from RENNart to Vanguard yesterday). There is honestly no comparison.. i wouldn't call i a deep v8 sound though, it just screams

i really need to take a video of it

systems without X-pipes, or system which are seperate from eachother seem to have a more v8 rumble to them it seems.
