Install Question

I recently purchased splitters and a rear spoiler and plan on using 3M tape for the install. As we all know it is freezing outside and one day the temp is in the 20's and then 30's

Soooo will the cold temps affect the strength of the tape? Should I just wait until it gets warmer out to install?

splitters i would 100% wait until the warm weather is back! probably would wait for the spoiler as well just to be safe

+1. Wait till warm spring weather man. There is now salt and sh*t on ur car. You need to properly clean the surface before you tape it on or else it would not stick well. Plus shouldnt do any body mods during the winter cause it might get ruine. I did my roof and trunk lip this passed summer and it stuck on very well.

Thanks you both for the response.

That's what I figured, don't want the splitters to come off in the snow.

as long as the car is spotless before you install them, there shouldn't be a problem
I installed my spoiler and splitters last year around february, and they are still stuck on fine with only the 3m tape
