Winter Tyres
Hi,
Anyone put on Michelin Pilot Alpin PA3 Winter tyres on their car? If so any views? This is the tyre my stealer recommended.

This tyre is officially certified for use with the M3 so I expect thats its the only tyre that your dealer will recommend.
I have no personal experience with it but some brief reviews show it to be a decent winter tyre with most saying its much better than the Bridgestone Blizzaks although thats not hard to achieve looking at some of the reviews and test results of that tyre. |

I believe the PA3 is the new version of the PA2. I bought the RFT version of the PA2s last winter and they were great in the cold, wet & snow. I live on a slight hill - saw plenty of FWD or 4WD cars getting stuck in the snow but my 320d with the PA2s had no problems whatsoever.
