E92 PY24W front turn signals: what's the holdup?

I bought and fitted these to replace my amber bulbs:

Bulb silver PSY 24W SV 2 63217161306

Not cheap though at £38 a pair!

Does anyone make a device that disables the parking light when the headlights are on, yet blinks when you activate the blinker ? That would be enough for me, although different color choices would be awesome!
