I would love to hear your opinion about the pricing on this 2010 BMW 335i Coupe that I found.

2010 BMW 335i Coupe w/ ~10k miles (AW on Black)
Premium, Sport, Cold, and Navi
Active Steering, Logic7, Comfort Access
CPO to 12/2013

Asking $44k

Negotiated price $41,300
