is it really worth it??

adaptive vs non adaptive, does it really matter if the headlight turns when you do? or is the idea just cool and we want the best? i have a pair of adaptives myself on a pre lci. BUT! i going to do an lci conversion with adaptive xenons. so the question is does it really make a difference or is it just in our heads? some also say that they turn to slow and cant keep up with the rapid turns

Humans have been driving for nearly a century without adaptive headlights, and we still managed fine. Does that answer your question?

I've had cars with and without them and I honestly don't think they make a difference.

I always had non adaptive, but my 335 came with adaptive. I didn't care at the time of purchase, but after using them, I think they're nice to have. Its a luxury thing, not necessary. But I do miss them when I have to drive a non-adaptive equipped car.

They work well and react plenty fast enough. That said, I really don't think they make a dramatic safety difference, but yes, they're cool...

This is the first car I've had with them. It was cool at first, but I'm sure I will not miss them if my next card does not have them.

I like seeing them turn in the reflection in a store window. But I can't remember the last time I was on a dark enough road where I noticed the adaptive lights make any difference.

How does one know if they have adaptive lights? I've been told that I have them on my car, and I've seen my HID's move up and down when I first start the car but never left to right.
