I switched from Jb3 to Giac stage 2 race and its awesome. My jb3 was a 24 ohm board for reference. The jb3 is a great tune and I loved it up till map 7 on pump. On race gas or meth there is no comparison between jb3 map 8 thru 10 and the Giac race map. The Giac race map pulls hard as hell and is consistent which was my problem with the jb3. I tested my Giac tune against my buddies supercharged 350z making 400 whp and before with the jb3 running map 9 or 10 with 100 octane and meth I would pull about 2 cars on him from a roll till about 130 and now I pull about 5 cars on him with the Giac. Night and day difference to me and consistent. I plan to run my other buddy with a 18ohm jb3 board soon and see how it goes. Both tunes are great but the smoothness in the Giac and the consistency in the power cant be beat. Hope that helps. Best of luck.

Don't under estimate GIAC, if I were you, just get the flash, if you don't like it, get your money back and go get the JB3. Both companies offer a trial period where you can get your money back if you don't like it.

^^^

I have had no experience with GIAC 2+ but I do have the GIAC 2 on 98RON tune.
The power is unquestionable and so is the delivery.
I ran a 13.210 1/4 with a 60' 2.717sec. Terminal speed of 113.63mph.
* 1st time on the drag strip.
Now imagine if I managed to get traction, 60' in 1.8-1.9sec.
What would my elapsed time be? What would my terminal speeds be?

With the GIAC S2+ I'm sure you be side by side if not ahead of the JB or Procede tunes. (boost being equal)

Difference strokes for different folks, but GIAC fits my needs perfectly.

Too bad Mr. 5's clutch was slipping at Famoso. Had a few Jb3/4 cars out there, so it would have been a good comparison.

Giac will never outperform the piggys at the strip unless they start raising boost.
Mr.5s car traps "ok" for what it is, but he gets outtrapped by piggy back cars everytime.

don't know the power difference, all i know is that the flash will cost you 1k and then some if you actually want the loader. You also can't resell that, where as a piggy will cost you 300 bucks tops if you resell it.

Bro let me ask you though, besides the track what is your car autotuned to daily driving ? Would GIAC s2 with meth be enough for you for daily driving just to catch some amgs once in a while , or you run more aggressive most of the time ?

( my poor car with jb3 I was 18 - 19 daily driving ( I just didn't have any knowledge but wanted to be the quickest ) lol anway GIAC claims it'll be quicker with same boost, you're claiming that your car is quicker autotuned to 17 psi than GIAC s2 + fbo, meth ?
