Sorry it took so long to get back on. But i need the Bumper Cover and The Air duct kit which and some adapters to switch out my fogs to the air ducts but it was a very easy install as i expected from BMW. Im located in Cypress Texas right out of Houston

Well actually when I ordered the Bumper it came with 2 Ducts that have no purpose other than show. then they sent me two Ducts that go behind the bottom grill and feed into my brakes which cost $200. I think u can leave them off the but not 100% if they support the Bumper in any way.

Could I trouble you to take some pictures of the air ducts? I'd like to see where the air enters and exits. Thanks!

Have you seen the performance rear bumper thread? http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=333965
