Prices
Hey, I am looking for a new car and I have a few that I am interested, I just wanted your guys opinion on the prices. If someone has a Galves subscription and can help me out I would really appreciate it. I have a whole list of cars so here it goes:
1. 2007 CPO 328i coupe with cold, sport, premium, auto, active steering, CA, Rear park distance control, logic7. 50,836 miles asking $27,900. 2. 2007 CPO 335i coupe with premium, sport, auto with paddles, CA, heated, rear park, ipod, nav, satellite radio. 42,000 miles asking $33,000 3.2008 CPO 335i Coupe with cold, sport, premium, auto with paddles, active steering, CA, Rear park distance control, ipod, nav, satellite radio. 40,000 miles asking $33,000. 4. 2008 Non CPO 335i coupe with premium, sport, nav, CA, auto with paddles, logic7. 28,000 miles asking $29,000. Has warranty till 10/11 or 50,000 miles. There are a lot more on I am looking at, but these are the ones that are my first color preference, AW or Montego Blue. I feel all of these are either overpriced or higher than my budget will allow me to go. Just wondering, how much would my ideal car cost with these options: premium, sport, ipod, and auto. CPO 07 328i or 335i coupe. My ideal price would be 22k for a CPO 07 328i coupe or 25k for a 335i. By looking at these asking prices I doubt it will be possible. I know thats a lot of questions, but anything you can help me out with wil be really apprictiated. Thank you in advance! ![]() |

I dont have Galves. I can only comment on the 328. My 08 328xi has Auto, sports package, iPOD, Xenon and ski bag. (No premium package.) The residual value at lease end (in two months) is $24,869. The car will have about 34,000 miles on it at lease turn-in.
The going rate for CPO cars like mine has been a little less. Your budget of around $22K should be in the ballpark of what you can get a similarly equipped 328 for. Then again, the one you are looking at has many more options than mine. Although the milage is relatively high. Personally I would never pay $28K for that 328 when you can get a new 3 xi sedan (with 0 cost warranty and maint included) for around $34K. So if you do decide on the 328 - I think you could probably do better. Good luck

I bought my CPO E92 335i in July 2009 for $36.5 with these options: 15k miles, prem/sport/cold/pdc/ca/rear windowshield/hd radio...I think I paid a bit much, but it was hard to find a 6MT in the color I wanted (sparkling graphite), so I jumped on this and settled. It was listed at $40k. hope this helps a bit

I would go with option 4 and add an extended warranty later on when your budget can handle it.

And how much lower can I get them to go. It is a independent dealer, I was hoping to get a car for around $25k. Is that possible if there asking $29k? |
