Question about the halos

Hey guys, just purchased my 2011 328i today and couldnt get the xenon lights option =(

I was wondering can someone point me to a direction on where to start? I have no idea how these lights work and how would go about in changing the color.

Someone would suggest a good brand to look at or something?
