Go with magnaflow full system exhaust. They had my car on the Dyno which gave 12 hp gain stock intake and no power box. after installing the Power box and intake, car grew balls. I wasted a full tank fucking around with e46 in the frwy on a nice sunny day in cali. First time i truly enjoyed the performance of BMW. cant wait for set of headers or full supercharger. best combo IMO. If you look the Magnaflow exhaust layout the air comes straight thru the tail pipes. compared the shape of BMW Performance and Eismman.

True story, got a deal on bmw performance and went to a muffler shop to install to compare the two. without advising him with my magnaflow he immediately said noway, am i crazy for switching? I asked why. his answer?, "basic look at the layout and how the the airflow will come out. Im restricting air on BMW Performance and will lose Hp" i ended up selling the bmw exhaust. everyone who has heard my exhaust gives compliments the deep sound it offers especially on high gears. I recently was stopped at the light with mustang who was showing off his v8 and exhaust, i left him in the dust and kept asking if i have an m3, "NO BMW Performance brudah, bone stock" shook his head. loved that look

Magnaflow had my car for 3 days and worth it for a free exhaust and loving the performance it offers. Will record a new sound clip later this weekend if anyone wants to hear it but i confident it offers the best sound if you have the other two mods with the car. Hope that helps
