Anyone prefer a certain dealership in NNJ?
Hey Im new to the forum... I have done some service with BMW of Roxbury & BMW of Bloomfield recently...(new 328 with a weird noise coming from the pass/side rear panel) I came to the conclusion each dealership have completely different styles.... *doh* but my question is there a preferred dealer that alot of people like to bring their cars into for service and don't have any problems with the service department?
Thanks!

I guess my perception was BMW should have awesome dealerships.. but thats not true.. just my ignorance lol. I went to BMW of Bloomfield and had a horrible experience... they didnt fix the problem and gave me a loaner with no gas.. Roxbury was good but they are too far... I will try Paul Miller... hopefully they wont give me BS cause I didnt buy the car from there :

If you ever live in Pittsburgh or need a fix while your are here Bobby Rahal BMW is the best! Sewickley BMW is literally 8 minutes away from me on the same freakin road, but I opt other wise and drive 45-50 min away to Bobby Rahal due to the extreme friendliness of the people, best BMW facilty I have ever seen so far, it is neat, clean, and extremely professional. The people there know you by first name within 2-3 times talking to them. Everytime I walk in I get greeted by my name. Also as far as loaner cars go they will usually let you pick, they ask upon availability, "would you like a sedan or a coupe today Mr. Leung, or would you like to try and X3. All their loaners have x-drive and navigation. (I think except for their X3s) They have 335s and 328s. Anyways just wanted to let people know.
