Former Staten Islander (from Great Kills) now living in Jersey here.

Get out. Shovel the snow. NOW. I just did all around my house. Got about 10" already with plenty more to come. If you don't, you'll have to deal with that much more in the morning. OUCH!!

Hopefully you're not holed up watching the Giants!! DOUBLE OUCH!!

Who the hell would drive their E92 (non X-drive) in the snow anyway? Keeping mine in the garage, got my wife's G6 to run around in, lol!

I had to jump off my balcony to get out because the front door was stuck. The 3 feet of snow broke my fall. lol

my g35x had no probs getting around. my local gas station wasn't paved so there was a good foot of snow, others got stuck after filling up, pretty sad. this one guy was skidding everywhere in his RWD pickup truck, lol. i did manage to help an old guy get out in his hyundai sonata. esp off, keep the wheel straight, and pushed her right out.
