Would E90 M3 seats fit E90 335?

May have found some seats I like ...... but they are coming out of an E90 M3. Anyone know if: - do I need to retrofit any coding to make them work on a 335 E90? - do they differ substantially from sport seats feeling wise? - would they even fit?
