Can someone explain the iDrive secret menu...

I have done a search and found out how to get to the iDrive secret menu...but it doesn't work. I can't seem to get it to work.

they say :"move the iDrive button to the top-right corner and keep it there for 10sec and release"

the top right corner - is that the assistant window????

Can someone re-post or re-explain how to get into that secret menu?

Thats from the main screen.

The other secret menu is from the navigation screen, you first have to highlight "Map direction of travel" if I'm not mistaken, then do the top-right for 10 seconds then followed by the same clicking procedure.
