Yes. Since my car is not a 'M' car... nothing in there is M, I might as well go for the BMW performance look.. slowly accumulating all the BMW performance products out there if funds permit.

13720444750/13720444751 is better

50 is better for euro sites and 51 is working better on usa sites.. indeed a quick check on realoem indicates that 50 is a euro part and 51 for usa. I think that means the 50 will be better for your engine but not sure how they differ. Ask your dealer for the part number for your car.

bmminiparts has the 0444750 for 415gbp unshipped (415 British pounds = 635.3671 Australian dollars using google). There are a number of choices for shipping with cheapest being ~130gbp (which is a bit rich). Theres an option to arrange your own shipping though too so it COULD be cheaper if you find someone good.

Most other sites have been ~mid800ish US unshipped with a couple over 900 and a couple more over 1k.

item 13720444751 on getbmwparts/tischer have the us spec intake for $725 unshipped. They didn't ship o/seas before, but I'm not sure if they do now. Otherwise you can arrange shipping too i suppose.

Tischer do ship overseas - I just bought a few things from them about 6 weeks ago. The shipping costs were pretty reasonable, they used USPS with delivery taking about a week.

You need the euro spec one since US models have a completely different airbox design.

Yep make sure you get the Euro spec airbox. It's a different shape to the US ones and Aus cars are euro specced.

Why not just go with an AFE intake? Cheaper and with decent gains.
