Front bumper license plate holes

I bought my 07 e92 from a dealer 10 months ago so naturally I had no say in not having front license plate holes drilled. I bought some color matched bumper plugs thinking this would make the holes look somewhat ok after I removed the drilled in plate holder. After removing the plate holder I discover that where the holes where drilled, there was so much tension pulling back on the top two screws that in warped the plastic leaving two slight circle shaped outward dents. Also, when they hand screwed in the two bottom screws to just the holding bracket they slightly screwed into the paint and plastic leaving two other ugly little holes.

My question is, does anyone think this is even worth trying to repair, or should I just go ahead and get a new m-sport/other bumper? Sorry I don't have pics just yet.

If you want to spent 800-1000 dollars on the clean look, get a new bumper. I say leave the plate cover on.

if it bothers you that much, i would get a new bumper as well or simply leave the plate on to cover it up
