GODSPEED/XO2 FMIC Kit... 'fess up, who's tried it?

I was about to pull the trigger on the RX7 Intercooler (bigtom, cxracing) and piece together piping to make a kit and then I saw the $350 Shipped intercooler kit offered on eBay. 6"x6"x22" core, has mounting brackets and it looks fairly nice in photos. I'm wondering if anybody has had actual experience with this IC kit? Fitment, quality, ease of installation (trimming)? I don't want the biggest damn IC, just a bar and plate improvement over stock and a good fit.

^^Thats my thread and don't buy the POS. I just shipped mine back to them for a refund. And plus the description says the core is 6 inches tall, well those are discontinued so the one you get will be 4 inches tall. STAY AWAY!

I have a friend tha bought this fmic and had the same problem, it was only 4'' inches. He returned the article and got a refund.
He ended up buying a used ER fmic.

Dont buy that fmic.

4" tall is tiny! IF they have the 6" version would it still be garbage? If so why?

Yeah it sits ridiculously low. Not exaggerating, 1.5 inches was visible thru the front lower grill when looking straight on. If it were 6 inches tall and mounted in the correct place it would actually be good for the money b/c the core is pretty good.

I just installed my CX racing IC today and it is awesome, took a bit of work to make it work but it works great and looks awesome.
