That is BS....If anything print out this thread and show them that this is indeed a problem...But just hold out and document it with pictures and like I said take it there and tell the SA you want it on the lift to show him immediately, so there is no miscommunication!

I just can't understand why they would think you are lying, it doesnt make sense at all...I mean your car is not cheap from where your location is...It cost probably double the cost of my car here at the USA, and they are treating you like this...total BS

Just had mine fixed today. Same symptons as above. BMW said I knew what I was talking about when I arrived this morning. Thanks to the people in this forum I looked like a guru :-)

I hope the leak issue is now solved.

Put something under just to double check when you get it back and check in the morning... I'm driving a ford taurus at this second, last week it was a toyota corolla.

It took my dealer only two hours to replace everything...They gave you a loaner? WOW

They did not give me a loaner. From the time I got to New Century it was nearly 2 hours from teh time I pulled in until they drove me home. What a joke! I could have walked home sooner than that. They did not even offer me a loaner.

I will be keeping my eye on the garage floor. I don't drive mine much.
