As long as the wiring harness is included (and I would assume it is) - Plug and play into your car connecting to the back of the glovebox lighting plug

1quikws6 is right. It's PnP with the supplied wiring harness. Installation is easy, but it will take a couple of hours. No drilling or permanent modifications required to the car.

IDK if you are supposed to drill holes or not, but the install I saw, he re-used the clips from the original door sills and used some 3M tape

According to the instruction manual, there's drilling (8 mm drill bit) invovled. I guess Ducky did not need to drill a hole perhaps.

Thanks for the bump.

You don't have to drill to install. It's a flat wiring harness that runs to the sills. That harness then folds over the metal door sill and is then covered by the weatherstripping. No drilling or grommets needed.
