M3 Rear or MTech Rear e90?
I just installed the M3 front, I have been planning on doing a quad exhaust and and after seeing these pics from Vdoggers e90. (Thanks!) I really like the M3 rear. However the M Tech bumper + quad is always nice...
Here are some pictures of Vdoggers car (white) and mine (arctic) for reference. So what do you think, Mtech quad or M3 quad?

I'd vote for the M3 style rear bumper as it'll match the overall theme much better. The M3 style rear bumper comes in either single exit or quad exit forum for you guys to choose from as well. However, you will need to modify your exhaust to get the quad setup to work properly. Here are a few more pics of my customer and fellow E90post fourm member alpine1004's Alpine White BMW E90 328i with the full M3 style body kit, LCI E90 rear conversion, and Forgestar F14 for you guys to check out!

I had m3 then went mtech for the diffuser options. I think the m3 rear looks awkward on the e90 since it's designed more like the e92 m3 rear. Just doesn't flow as well as I wanted it to.

I'd agree with the other people suggesting the m-tech rear. although that example of the m3 rear looks clean, the m-tech is just a bit simpler. plus, you get a good selection of diffusers/inserts as well!

I am completely torn, but I think it will be a lot of work to get an M3 setup to look good. An mtech is much easier I think.

This has pics of the m3 rear on my e90 before I got rear ended. You will see why I decided to go mtech with the new bumper. I was very unhappy with the car while it was on there.

the m3 rear for the non-m e90 just doesn't flow right, imo. i'd go with the mtech with quads.
however, the m3 front for the non-m's are nice. i actually prefer them to the mtech front if the fogs are deleted and it's finished off with a lip. |

Im really starting to feel a m tech rear with a close quad setup. Like a lot of you have on here, I don't like the super wide tips look at all.
I really thank all of you for your input! ![]()

M-tech all the way. Did you click on tmo's link? The m3 rear looks awful on a non-M E90.
Not trying to be mean or anything, but seriously, WTF is going on with that back end? You want your car to look like that?

here is a link of my car with the whole kit. its arctic, so it might give you a better idea. the only thing is that i dont have quads. i didnt really like the rear as much, but it really grew on me. i wanted the mtech rear as well, but decided to go m3 rear.
