Getting to wrap my interior with 3M Carbon vinyl some questions.

Alright guys finally gonna do my interior tomorrow so I've searched all over this forum and I can't find anybody with an actual DIY on how to remove the interior panels and also how to remove the little silver things on the ashtray cover. Can anybody redirect me if I did overlook a tutorial or if anybody has some first hand pointers or tips, it would be appreciated. Thanks guys.
