HELP: preLCI to LCI m-sport front bumper

i listed what i need in order to do the front conversion from pre-LCI to LCI m-sport front bumper.

LCI m-sport front bumper
left, right, and center grills
fog lamps
fog lamp supports
fog lamp plug sockets
adapter
left and right deflector lips
headlight washer nozzle covers
left and right wheel housing covers
LCI grill left, right

since i'm short in my budget, i might give a try some custom work on my current pre-LCI hood to fit LCI grills, which seems to be easy and quick job if it gets done properly by a reputable body-shop. for lights, i decided to keep my pre-LCI headlights (assuming the fitment is 100%).

please some one correct the list, if it's missing any other parts

any help would be appreciated

are you planing to get the LCI hood as well?
only issue is weather i should get the hood as well or just keep my current pre-LCI hood and do some custom job on it to fit the LCI grills. if this plan goes wrong then i'm totally screwed.. i'm not sure if it's even possible to have LCI grills fitted on pre-LCI hood with a bit of custom job... hope everything goes according to my plan...

in my opinion it easier to get lci hood, because doing custom job isn't very cheap and noboby will guarantee you 100% fitment, moreover the design of lci bumper/ m-tech bumper fits perfectely only to the lci-hood)

I've decided not to change the headlumps this year since it's very expensive, moreover I heard that its possible to change FRM and the problem with all leds will be solved)

Please please please show pictures when you do get it done. I obviously have a pre-LCI car and I rather love the M-Sport bumper and LCI headlights and am wondering how well a conversion could look to the real deal.

So please, get some pictures once you do it

No, I haven't done my conversion yet, because I'm waitng for the bodyparts to come, but I've read many threads about such conversion.

I think you should get the hood also... the lines of the bumper and grilles will match better with an LCI hood! Good luck on the build!

hood is not necessary. either you shave a few in off the top of the kidney grill or remove the the outside border of teh kidney grill and your clear. thats all you need, my buddy did it and intalled the lci mtech front cover without all teh additional parts and foglight delete, home depot lower mesh looks identical to oem and he paid 30 bucks. Unless your tracking your car, why spend money air ducts which makes you buy the fender lining as well. if you want to stay low budget same hood, shave the kidney grill or remove the number.
I dont have a question, the msport different fromt the mtech?

If you order the front msport bumper from Tischer, it comes with everything you need except the hood. There is a pic in another thread of a pre-LCI car with the LCI msport bumper and pre-LCI hood. Looks a tad strange, but the fitment is spot on.
