Work at BMW? Possibly help me out?

Hi,

I've got a center console trim piece, but it is for a RHD car. Anyone here know how/if possible to have this piece swapped for the LHD version which I can use in my car (probably through BMW)?

Part no. of piece I have: 51169145142
Part no. of piece I'd like: 51169145141

Thx in advance.

Center trim piece w/o idrive. Pretty sure it's available on LCI E9X as brushed aluminum in the US.

If it'll fit your car what's the difference between the two parts that you're after? Do you have a RHD car here in the states? Care to share a bit of background on what's going on here? You may get a bit better help that way...

Sorry if I wasn't clear. I have a trim piece from an RHD car, and I need the same trim piece, but in LHD format. Both part no's are above.
