Does anyone have these? Non LCI LED taillights
Hey everyone,
I found these on ebay (i know i know, ebay is the devil) and they look really awesome in my opinion. These look like a great option opposed to buying the LCI lights and getting your car reprogrammed to accept them. I do like the LCI more than these, but considering its about 700 dollars to get the LCI tails, these are half the price and that money can go to something else. Please, give you honest opinions, good or bad. Jay http://cgi.ebay.com/Smoked-LED-TailL...item27b7fa7162 |

We actually sells the LCI Tails for around the same price as them. $550 which also includes installations and necessary harness. For that price its much better to go with LCI, especially you will still get dashboard errors messages with the aftermarket ones.

Since you asked for opinions...
To me, these lights look cheap and the just scream "after market" to me and in general, I don't like anything cosmetic on my car unless it looks like it at least could have been OEM - like an M3 spoiler for example. These look like someone took a set of OEM tail lights and stuffed in as many LEDs as he could in very non-creative straight rows. They look exactly like what a young kid would do to his first old Honda Civic. If you really like the LCI tail lights my advice would be to save up for a couple of months and get them. Even though that extra money could go to something else you're better off saving, getting fewer mods, but getting mods that are of high quality instead of a bunch of low quality cheap mods that look low quality and cheap. Hope this helps... Edit: Jeez - didn't even read the post above mine - there you go... |

What we do is we program your tail lights so the bulb check won't come on. If you have any questions, you can just PM me and I will give you the informations since Long is very busy and he usually don't answer PM immediately. |
