Have you had to pass emissions/inspection after removing the cats? And what was damaged/replaced when it was rear-ended?

Dude - you gotta take that 47k out of the title - at first I thought the cost was 47k until I saw the 25k. I'm sure there are lots of people that wont even open up the thread because they think you're selling a 07 for 47k.
