With those list of parts and a JB4 or procede you will hit the 400bhp no problem.
The procede or JB4 is an easy install that you can do yourself, any competent shop can do it for you if you're not the DIY kind of guy. |

Though Cobb came out with a home flash, they currently do not support any cars not US spec'd. The procede and the JB4 you would have to access the DME/ECU area. It's an actuall device/piggyback that hardwires into the ECU, and I believe is compatible with non US Spec'd cars. |

If you're looking for map loading via the obd port look into GIAC. I believe there are a few EU users on the forum running their software. GIAC is a flash (software) compared to a piggyback (hardware) like the JB4/Procede.

Like others have said, right now there are two methods of tuning, piggybacks and flashes. There are plenty of threads on here that discuss the pro's and con's of both. The popular piggybacks (procede and JB3/4) have to be installed by opening the DME and the popular flashs can be installed via the OBDII port. The GIAC flash requires a authorized GIAC shop to load the flash, the Cobb can be loaded by you at home.
If I were you, I would do a lot of research and do some reading on this forum before you make a decision. Good luck.
