I think MANY people on the forum would agree with this ...

That's good for 92 octane.

I've got a DCI only car and I ordered my JB4 Sunday and according to Mike@N54Tuning it should be here about a week from today. One of my first goals after installing the JB4 and giving it a few days to adapt, is to have it on a dyno. I'm going to get a baseline run along with Map 1 and Map2 using 93 octane fuel. I'm hoping to get 350 rwhp on MAP 2. I am REALLY interested in seeing what map 6 would do but I think I'd need race gas to pull that off safely.

Speaking of which, can the N54 handle 16.5 lbs on 100 octane?

You can run a lot more than 16.5psi if you want on 100 octane. Map 7 is just a conservative race map. For dynos, be sure to do 2-3 runs on each map as adaption is required.

Mike,

What's your opinion on the highest psi the N54 can handle on 93 octane?

There is no set limit. Once autotuning is enabled we'll see where most wind up, but the 14.5psi target of map 2 is a bit aggressive for a stock car on 93 but works well for most. While the 13.0psi target of map 1 is a bit conservative but a good way to go.
