Ice+parking= bumper problems

had a small problem in a parking lot a couple days ago, the end result being that I am now in the market for a new bumper.

What does everyone think? I have thought about a re-spray, but the bumper has some other damage and I figure ill just go new. I have someone lined up to do paint. Just need an idea for a direction?
