E91 323i Newbie -- Audio & Mech shop recommendation?

Greetings Folks!

Got my E91 323i two weeks ago.. $399k+gas coupon was a good bargain. The car is a solid ride but something is bothering me...

1) really sluggish, lack of torque at any rev band...(compare to my last IS300)
2) the moonroof seal came off in the 1st week...I thought E91 was made in Germany and better QC?
3) audio is laughable... it ranks #1 in my upgrade list...
4) the first oil change is recommended at 12,000km? I used to change it every 5k....is it why BMW offering 2 year warranty only?

Just wondering if there is any reputable mechanics & audio technician recommend by all perspective forum members?

please note the brand new car comes with 2year warranty but for hardware only. service is 1 year only but of course extensible.
