I have the LUX 5.0s and they cause interference with the radio but only on certain local stations. Radio 1 I continue to get fine though strangely.
I don't use the radio much so its not a biggy for me. |

That is strange I have never heard of this. Why would an LED light in the front of the car cause such interferrence?
Are you sure it is not your window tint?

The radio interference only happens on certain cars, its not specific to a set of led angel eyes.
I've tried some cheap ones from ebay, I've tried lux H8's and they both gave me radio interference, despite other people using these and having no issues. The only ones that worked for me where Alpine HID Angel eyes. These don't use led's but use HID bulbs. Whilst they had no radio interference one of the ballasts failed quite quickly and I'm sending them back to the states for a refund. I'm pretty much giving up now, my car just doesn't want led angel eyes. There might be a fix for my cars interference issues but I ahve no idea what it could be. Funny thing is the led's i've got in the rear no. plate holder cause no issue, its something todo with the wiring at the front of the car it seems. I've tried a ferrite choke on the led's, made little difference. |
