E90 non-LCI to LCI conversion question
I own a '05 Black Sapphire 320d E90 and I'm looking forward in converting it into an LCI.
OEM parts should do the trick ? I need to know if they fit 100% or if I need to do some wiring for the headlights/tail lights... Thanks. |

Ok, I'm interested in this as well.
I've got an 05/10 prod. E90 330i with AHL headlights. My car has footwell module 1 (there are 3 versions). If I understand correctly, I need module 3 for correct coding of LCI AHL headlights to work with my car. My question is--can I run LCI tails with my current footwell module 1? They would obviously need to be coded in, but can this be done with my current module? Thanks OP--the above I think applies to you as well. If you have halogens and would upgrade to halogen LCI headlights, I don't think you need to worry as there are no LEDs, so you should be able to keep your original footwell module. If you're looking to upgrade to xenons or AHL xenons, I'm almost positive you'd need to upgrade your footwell module as well. |

lci conversion
if im not mistaken, 05-07 AHL don't have the hardware to allow AHL function with LCI headlights. Therefore, you can have LCI conversion but cannot function the AHL. Manuel is the only person i know here who has done this conversion and i believe Jay did the conversion for him. may want to ask either one of them but here's Manuels conversion video that found:
