Procede Clutch slipping Torque 93 pump

Very first run the clutch slipped as the car spike almost 450ftlbs of torque with the procede set to 15psi on the 1/21 maps. The first run was aborted before redline and therefore was not shown on the graph. Below is a dyno graph of the 3 runs without the clutch slipping. Although u cant see it properly, torque peaked at 424ftlbs. This is on 93 pump gas 15psi 50IC and no meth.

This will also be my baseline dyno for my AWD turbo upgrade which I will probably start to tomorrow.

How many miles on the clutch? That is CRAZY torque for only 15 psi on 93 octane.

Seems like a few people started having clutch issues all at the same time lately.

Car it at 50k miles now. Clutch doesnt slip at 420ftlb but on the one dyno run where it spiked higher it slipped pretty bad for about 1000 rpm but never slipped after that. I think the procede was still adjusting because i had just done the harness update and reset the procede learned values.

Thanks... and the tuner was alot more pleased with the afr curve after the harness update eventhough he still thought they were lean down low lol. But as I said to him, you have been tuning them for about 4 years now so i think you know what you are talking about.

The torque is artificial because of the clutch slip. I hit 560 rwtq when my clutch went to sleep.

Didnt slip on the runs shown... we checked road speed vs rpm and there was no dip in the curve. Only the very first run slipped when the torque hit about 450ftlbs (not shown on the graph because the run was aborted early)

If hope that is not intentional to pop 450 rwtq then down to 400 rwtq in 500 rpms. That cannot be smooth at all.

Well when we put the the torque graph for that run against road speed, it did not slip until torque peak was reached so it was smooth up until then. I correct myself for using the word spike. Looking at that graph it slipped for about 1000rpm until at which point the torque started dropping off which leaves me to believe that the max torque capacity of the stock clutch is somewhere around 440ftlbs. It was the very first run after i had reset all adaptations after doing the harness update.

Not sure how we could intentionally slip the clutch??

I'm guessing from your signature that you have some experience with halfshafts

I'm curious as to why the power curve up top does not look anything like the one Shiv posted with his 411whp...

Not enought adaptation time, different mods, different dyno or a combination of different variables... Your guess is as good as mine.

I'm still also using the stock airbox with stock drop in filter.
