Unhappy act street disc or act solid hub r4 or r6?

My car has jb3,catless downpipes, intercooler, dci, cpe exhaust and future meth kit. Need to know which clutch or disk is better, because act webpage indicates solid hub r4 or r6 not recommended for street use, but street disc hold 456 ft/lbs of torque and r4-r6 hold 583 ft/lbs of torque. But I heard of cars with street disc with all this mods and they overpass its torque capacity. Please need an answer rush cause my clutch is gone.
