Bad Turbo Diverter Valves?

All-

I have been having turbo surge and bucking at low speeds and higher rpm and lower gears. I have no mods besides exhaust on my car right now, is it likely that the DV's are bad on my car? Could it be waste gates that are causing this issue?

What do you mean by turbo surge? Like compressor surge? Does you car sound like a turkey? As for the bucking at low speeds, sounds like a fuel pump issue to me?

No my car does not sound like a turkey, I had the Spark Plugs, Injectors and HPFP replaced a few months ago. This freaking bucking is driving me nuts, if I give the car slight throttle in 1st Sport Mode it will randomly surge forward and then let off and then back again.
