How to remove these blue clips?

Hi, i'm trying to change the OEM head unit, after i removed the head unit, the new unit requires those "blocked" pins. How to remove those blue clips?
anyone know?

Any way to pop it out by sticking something through the opposite end and pushing?

opposite end is all wires tho
