i have the hks bov and i like louder sound...so can i remove the triple fin on the bov to make it louder? because i saw this video on youtube they running hks bov without triple fin and it's make the sound more louder

From that video it looks like you should be able too. Also, as boost increases so will the sound.

I hate the sound of HKS with the inserts in them. Take the fin out and it wont really get louder - it will get rid of the obnoxious ping noise and simply be all "CHHHHH" noise. I have been running HKS on customer and personal cars without fins for years.

To take the fin out you just unscrew 4 of the 8 allen screws on the front of it...then take off the piece that is now loose (its 4 specific ones but if you google you'll see it - its the same 4 you take off to do the recirc fitting)...then just take the insert out and reverse

i don't know so i take all 8 screws off ,it's ok if i take all 8 screws off? when i put 8 screws back i don't see anything happen so i think it should be ok
