im a newbie to, i did find a thread where they listed all the acronyms but it is not a stickie...i found it by searching (yes)...but it is not easy to find...+1 for making it a sticky.

I don't blame the guy. The first time I searched for it, it took me quite a few threads to find out what it stands for. Most people just say LCI and not what it's an acronym for.

Thank goodness that's only true for cars. LOL Anybody can sign and drive, but they haven't invented a way to live in a 4 mil. home with $0 down. I'm sure the bean counters are coming very close, though.

No to disrespect the mods but if google is the answer to most questions I guess we don't need the forum... Having a place to ask questions (however perceived simple) is what makes it a community; I'm a computer programmer, and trust me, I've had the same questions posed to me a zillion times by the 'fresh meat' lol I feel ya on the frustration, but it only takes a second to answer it if you're versed on the subject.
