Used Purchase, I need your opinion!

2007 335i Sedan Dark Blue with Black Leather

Brand New Tires

21k Miles and we settled on $21,500

The car is really clean inside and out everything checks out perfect...
Except for one detail, the car is a lemon. It's a california car and was lemoned because of the HPFP (no surprise there). The warranty has expired but I got a quote from a 3rd party warranty company which would cover the car bumper to bumper 4yr/75k miles for $2300 with a $100 deductible.

What do you guys think?

Did ou check out the ervice report from BMW? Ao 'think emons are a good idea unless your buying it cash. Most financial institutions won't finanace a lemon.

I've yet to check the report. And I am paying cash for the car so not worried about financing.
