You don't see any snow but you guys get a lot of rain down there in FL, All Seasons are still a good bet unless you want to keep a set for the rainy season and run summers when its dry.

If it's going to be your DD that you aren't looking to show off, I don't see why you wouldn't go square as it allows you to extend the life of your tires which is what you would want considering you mentioned you're on a tight budget.
