M5 knob on e92 help!!

hi guys

need some help..anyone IN the UK has fitted the M5 SMG light up gear knob mod?

I really can't understand the tutorial

its all too confusing..

at the moment i am just planning ahead..

also for the part..i only know i need the knob..and some wires..anyone know who i can speak to???

I just read that link, I don't understand what the issue is, the guide has each step clearly detailed. Just follow each and every step in order and you should be fine.

Personally, I don't understand the point as the layout shown on the knob is different to the physical operation of the box/selector

haha..i was trying to figure it out..don't worry i decided to ditch that plan..it took me a whole day when i fitted a streo back in the days...
