You need to look for the "Pro" maps.

Unfortunately those discs are on different physical discs for different parts of Europe.

I'll keep my old single disc that covers all of Europe without having to swap discs.

Is this site offering maps for sale, or illegally offering them free of charge? I had a quick poke about it but can't make much sense of it without registering... Looks like the latter to me though in which case it is theft.

Yes, a few 'resellers' do this already.

Piratebay is worth a punt if you have a BitTorrent or similar to hand.
